Simple Plastic Free SwapsSteel straws are metal tubes that can be washed and reused over and over again. (We also have cleaning brushes especially for this!). They are made from food grade steel, without a metallic aftertaste. These straws do contain around 10% nickel, so please be aware if you have an allergy. The cleaning brushes have a twisted steel stem and nylon bristles. We realise these bristles are plastic, but if used over and over again, the benefits out weigh the negatives. They are dishwasher safe, and measure around 21cm in length with a 0.6cm diameter. They can also be recycled, although they are built to last so you shouldn't need to! Please be careful when using with hot drinks! |
